In 2010, I was engaged to serve as trusted technical advisor to executive leaders on strategic planning to enhance domestic/global operational efficiency for managed services; virtualized overlay network infrastructure, datacenters, Network Function Virtualization (NFV) for rapid scalability, optimization, and centralization. Manage all internal/external operations, risk management, network infrastructure, multi-level security, mobility, cloud/telephony services. Catalyst for elevating the customer experience optimizing network infrastructure high availability, rapid response, and top-tier performance across 100s of site/subsites. Continually monitor and evaluate metrics to optimize partnerships. Conduct customer meetings, strategy sessions and monthly reviews to ensure alignment of technology goals. Discuss challenges and provide rapid resolution. Build, train, lead high performing US based team of 34 direct reports and over 150 staff across two other countries. Constantly ensure timely execution and delivery of key projects and initiatives. Facilitate weekly team meetings with domestic/global resources. Provide guidance across key projects, identify, and resolve obstacles/challenges to align team goals. Liaise between customers and IT teams and ensure system requirements and design align with customer goals. Present findings and solutions on issues with clarity and transparency. Review and monitor Statements of Work (SOWs)/Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to align technical requirements and assess feasibility. Contribute technical expertise on design of Secure Web Gateways, updated OEM code, operational readiness, and by utilizing Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) services to safeguard customer network infrastructures. Consistently identify areas for improvement in service quality. Implement standardized, repeatable processes to streamline operations and deployments for optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.
