ABOUT BONNIE AUSTIN
I work with organisations to reduce inequality, create healthier environments and stronger communities, and operate with dignity and purpose. My team and I work to create communities of leaders and movements of change, using business as a force for good and creating a more just society. I lead teams who: • are bold, ambitious and transformative • are inclusive, honest and transparent • embrace the power and potential of technology • are willing to experiment and move with agility My career has been joyfully non linear and I\'m incredibly glad of the experiences I\'ve had and the personal purpose they have helped me to develop. It started in arts and culture and took me in to charity management, social enterprise growth and leadership and then on to management consultancy for the last decade. I am currently a Director at EY where work with a wide range of clients cross sector, in the UK and globally. An ex dancer, I am obsessed with movement and find sitting all day very difficult! I practice and teach yoga and movement, and try my best to integrate this in to my working week. I am always up for a chat or exchange of ideas.
