About Austin Williams
I am currently a senior at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am a management major along with a minor in real estate from Kenan-Flagler and entrepreneurship. I am involved in the Undergraduate Finance Society, the Undergraduate Real Estate Club, and The Study Center. I am also a member of the National Academy of Finance, in which I gained certification in 2022. I am passionate about commercial real estate and aspire to pursue a career in development, asset management, or acquisitions after graduation. I have prior experience at Stout Ventures, where I interned as an asset management intern in the summer of 2023. I also had the opportunity to intern for Davis Moore over the summer of 2024, where I worked directly with the investment management team. Currently, I am interning with Blue Heron Asset Management as a development intern.
