Leveraging my extensive operations and program management background, I lead a global team of strategic finance managers supporting multiple software and tech executives and their teams. Together we build and maintain the technology that enables billions of MFN units to be sold and fulfilled globally each year! Responsibilities involve all standard FP & A processes to include top-line forecasting (OP1, OP2, 3YF, QxG) and OpEx, while supporting headcount/product prioritization resulting from robust cost vs entitlement forecasts and analyses. Each one leveraging known inputs from actuals and data science in conjunction with unknown assumptions fleshed out to ensure high confidence in the output. Other areas of responsibility include adhoc financial models and analyses to forecast the economic impact of various acquisitions and business development negotiations. These data-driven models, controllership, and insights, built on earned trust, help ensure that the focus of people and financial resources remain prioritized in spaces that drive the highest value to our customers and businesses.
