I possess over a decade of hands-on experience in the real estate industry, specializing in student, campus, multifamily, and affordable housing, as well as commercial real estate. I obtained my CAM designation in 2023 through the NAA, and I just received my CAPS designation as well. I have a love for all things real estate, and I enjoy serving on the Board of Directors for the local NAA chapter. In my career journey, I\'ve had the privilege of refining my skills in leadership, team management, property maintenance, marketing, and leasing strategy execution. I\'ve led diverse teams to consistently exceed leasing targets and orchestrated comprehensive leasing and marketing campaigns that drove tangible results. Moreover, I\'ve been deeply involved in property maintenance, capital expenditure projects, and renovations, leveraging innovative strategies to maximize revenue and enhance property value. One aspect that I take immense pride in is my ability to thrive in challenging situations, especially in meeting leasing quotas and revitalizing distressed properties. By fostering a culture of teamwork, delivering top-notch customer service, implementing forward-thinking management practices, and leasing and marketing campaigns, I\'ve been able to consistently meet budgeted occupancy, and turn underperforming properties into success stories!
