ABOUT AUSTIN SULLIVAN

I am a dedicated and tenacious engineering turned Sales professional with a strong passion for the field. My journey began at the JCB Academy, where I joined in Year 10 and completed an Engineering Diploma alongside a Business A Level. During my time at the Academy, I gained valuable hands-on experience through multiple work placements with renowned companies such as E.ON and BMW. I also had the opportunity to engage with industry leaders, including JCB, Rolls-Royce, Network Rail, National Grid, Toyota, Bosch, and Bentley, which allowed me to explore various sectors and aspects of engineering.In recognition of my extracurricular involvement, I achieved both the Silver Duke of York Award and the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award during my tenure at the Academy.After completing my studies, I joined an engineering trainee program with Uniper (formerly E.ON), where I gained practical insights into the real-world applications of engineering and completed several important professional courses. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the company discontinued its graduate programs.Driven to further my education, I enrolled at Manchester Metropolitan University, where I graduated with First Class Honours. Following my degree, I completed the graduate training program at Parker Hannifin, where I gained comprehensive experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Operations. Additionally, I undertook a six-month placement in Application Engineering at our Mobile Centre of Excellence in Borås, Sweden, which enriched my technical expertise and understanding of the industry.
