Provide all levels of management with assistance and technical advice needed for proper administration of the Safety Program.•Assure monthly shop & yard inspections are conducted and deficiencies are corrected and documented.•Maintain SPCC plans and Tier II reports for environmental compliance.•Develop and maintain branch emergency action plan and procedure.•Periodically walk through the branch and/or job site to observe unsafe conditions and work practices.•Recommend disciplinary procedures for repeated violators of safety rules.•Develop safety education and training programs and coordinates the implementation of the programs in the field.•Prepare a periodic report on regional safety activities, past accident experience, and accident trends.•Review all accident investigation and near miss reports.•Advise company personnel of changes in applicable safety regulations.•Conduct Quarterly Safety Committee Meeting at regional level.•Completion of at least “20” Jobsite Compliance Audits per month.•Participate in regional Risk Evaluation Meeting daily.•Conduct monthly/quarterly All Hands Safety Meetings providing OSHA required training to more 125 employees.•Completion Monthly Field Compliance Review Form.•Conduct new hire safety orientations, review, and submit new hire applications, and review MVRs for DOT compliance.•Conduct pre-employment, Post-accident, Random (Non-DOT and DOT), Reasonable Cause, Return-To-Duty and Follow Up drug test.•Purchase and supply region with required PPE and safety related equipment.
