I’m Austin Stanley, a logistics professional with hands-on experience managing supply chain operations, including fleet management, last mile delivery, and coordination of new truck transport. My journey began during a deployment to the Middle East, where I assisted in managing equipment, shipping containers, and vehicle movements at multiple ports in both the US and the Middle East. This experience ignited my passion for logistics and unveiled its vital role in supporting communities and driving economic recovery. Upon returning from deployment, I dove right into last mile delivery, witnessing firsthand how logistics facilitates remote work, education, and critical access to goods during the pandemic.As an Operations Manager at Impact Systems (a 3PL Amazon delivery service provider), I saw the direct positive impact our services had on people\'s lives reinforcing everything I learned in the military about the far-reaching effects of logistics. As a proud North Carolina native, I’m anchored in community collaboration, perseverance, and empowerment. This philosophy drives my work as a Board Director for Dream Big, where I champion initiatives that uplift individuals and promote growth.    As a freight broker specializing in new truck transport, at PPL I assist in coordinating the seamless shipment of commercial vehicles. I leverage advanced logistics software to track and maintain vehicle locations, ensuring real-time visibility and efficient delivery.Beyond logistics, I develop and implement comprehensive training programs for both customers and in-house employees, enhancing operational effectiveness. I also work closely with Sales, Marketing, and manufacturing teams to align contract needs, secure technical data, and schedule transport programs.Additionally, I conduct inspections to verify commercial vehicles are ready for shipment and meet customer requirements.
