Conducts budget analysis activities for two departments. Provides administrative support of pay step raises, promotion and tenure, award letters, joint appointments, and hiring processes (collects application packages, sets up interviews, etc.)Serves as Government Purchase Card Holder, making purchases using financial systems, reconciling bank statements, verifying completeness of all documents in the Purchase Order file, and ensuring accuracy of payments to vendors.Inputs travel arrangements, providing travel approval status, collecting receipts for reconciliation of travel claims, initiating travel claims and providing status updates to faculty on outstanding issues/concerns regarding their travel.
