THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN. 4) Prevailed in a complex construction arbitration representing Respondent Roofing Contractor successfully arguing wrongful termination.5) Prevailed as Plaintiff Dam Contractor in Opposing a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant White Plains without a formal written notice of claim. LEXIS 68853,*1 (2021). 6) Briefed and argued as Appellee before the Supreme Court of Connecticut regarding enforcement of restrictive covenants, inter alia, prevailing in part. Abel v. Johnson, 334 Conn. 917, A.3d 10••••07) Successfully moved in Connecticut for an ex parte temporary restraining order against ex-employee officer of Plaintiff Material Supplier restraining him from breaching an employment agreement by absconding with company property. LEXIS 1886,*1 (2023).8) Successfully moved in New York County for an ex parte temporary restraining order against ex-employees of Plaintiff general contractor permanently enjoining them from fixing bids or otherwise disclosing confidential business information.
