   Leveraged Alteryx to automate quarterly reporting and journal entry creation for a key portfolio within a leading global insurance group. This automation project involved designing and implementing workflows that streamlined data processing and report generation. As a result, finance and accounting teams saved an estimated 24 days each quarter, which allowed them to redirect their efforts towards more strategic, value-adding initiatives such as financial analysis and business planning.Led comprehensive assessments at multiple organizations to benchmark the maturity of their record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash functional areas. These assessments included detailed evaluations of existing processes, identification of inefficiencies, and benchmarking against industry standards. The outcome was a set of targeted improvement recommendations that led to significant resource savings and operational efficiencies. Additionally, these engagements involved restructuring the chart of accounts, optimizing cost center hierarchies, and enhancing account reconciliation processes to support better financial management and reporting.Enhanced the quality of the balance sheet reconciliation process across 10 European entities for a global insurance company. This initiative focused on improving internal controls over financial statements by standardizing reconciliation procedures, implementing best practices, and providing training to local finance teams. The improvements led to more accurate and timely financial reporting, reduced risk of errors, and strengthened compliance with regulatory requirements.
