Continuous building of structure and process that manages product quality issue resolution and mitigation including root cause analysis and CAP. Driver of continuous improvement efforts in product quality through risk assessment, factory and DC auditing, and utilizing customer insights.• QA Manager of all garment and accessory departments across all brands: A&F, HCo, a&f kids, Gilly Hicks and Social Tourist• Key role is partnering with cross-functional teams to bring quality issues to quick resolution with minimum risk to customer and business while also determining issue root cause, advising CAP recommendations and following through for continuous improvement efforts.• Orchestrates coverage and risk mitigation efforts to direct QA where efforts are needed for the businesses each season• Partners with Pre-production Regulatory and Performance testing to ensure quality standards are upheld through life of the goods• Collaborates with Trims, Packaging, Wash, Graphics and Customer Service teams for quality related issues and risk mitigation• Delivers trending analysis to business leadership and partners that assists in making informed decisions concerning vendor and product performance• Directs all domestic Quality and VAS projects with 3rd parties to ensure processing accuracy and quick turn timesAchievements: Season after season, quality issues arise and are dealt with in a quick manner to minimize either zero or minimal poor customer experiences from occurring. By taking the learnings, material, construction and product improvements are made to better the product go-forward.
