As a Director in the Leveraged Lending group I directly managed a diverse portfolio of MidCap admin agented deals with responsibility for underwriting all post-closing transactions (acquisitions, dividends, restructuring, refinancing, syndications etc.)- coordinating between management teams, PE sponsors, participant lenders and our internal credit committee.
