I also serve as member of Hollywell Partners, a fractional CFO and Accounting services firm, that assists companies navigating accounting complexities and other accounting/SOX needs. I also serve as the Chief Financial Officer of Rhinal Therapeutics Inc, a startup biotech firm delivering a novel device and formulation in the GLP-1 space. I handle all aspects of Financial Reporting, capital raises and financing, and shareholder relations. Previously I served as the Corporate Controller at Miralogx, LLC. Miralogx, LLC is part of a family office and is an early stage clinical research pharmaceutical portfolio company that manages multiple licenses of intellectual property across public and private companies. I am responsible for all aspects of the financial reporting process including SEC reporting filings for all public companies under the portfolio (Telomir Pharmaceuticals Inc, MIRA Pharmaceuticals Inc.) general ledger activities, technical accounting, equity transactions, preparation of IPO documents (S-1) for the companies to go public and shareholder relations. Previously served as an experienced Audit Senior Manager with a demonstrated history of applying accounting principles in accordance with GAAP and conducting audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards in a public accounting firm. As part of the position, it is my responsibility to lead and manage a team of staff in order to reach deadline goals. I have served across multiple industries that include private equity brands, power and utilities, healthcare, and construction/manufacturing in which I assist in navigating our clients through complex transactions and other business events. In addition, I also served in Deloitte\'s Capital Markets group which drives the firm\'s strategic growth strategy. As part of this role, I am responsible for identifying the companies in the marketplace that align with Deloitte\'s strategic plan and implementing Deloitte\'s go-to market strategy.
