Direct the EMS organization’s field training and education programs in coordination with the Training Committee members and heads. Through this, I lecture the new members three hours a week of EMS content for them to become nationally registered EMTs. Lastly, I collaborate with other executive board members in three hour meetings once a week to ensure high standards of clinical training, operational readiness, and patient care across the organization and campus.
