I bring 20+ years of hands-on experience in the automotive and trucking industry. My journey began on the front lines as a Diesel Technician, Parts Consultant, and Service Advisor within my family\'s dealership. This grassroots understanding equipped me to excel in leadership roles because I understand all the common problems the employees are going through. Throughout my career, I\'ve witnessed firsthand the industry\'s pain points: a shortage of skilled workers and a lack of technology to drive data-informed decisions. At Matthews Motors, I\'ve spearheaded digital transformation and growth into a multifaceted dealership that includes (Fleet management, Upfit, Mobile Repairs) but I\'ve also grappled with the inefficiency of managing 30+ separate systems such as: Customer Portals, Accounting, Operations, Fleet management, OEMs, and many more. This experience fueled the creation of HubFleet. Our mission is to transform the automotive and trucking ecosystem by streamlining operations, accounting, and workforce management while providing unparalleled data visibility for smarter decision making.
