ABOUT AUSTIN HOMFELD

Austin Homfeld is the Founder and CEO of Good Vibes Lab, Inc. and Co-Founder of the Good Vibes Fund (GVF). He is a cross-disciplinary wellness entrepreneur with deep operational experience spanning every phase of consumer packaged goods (CPG) development, from idea conception and formulation through to regulatory approval, manufacturing, scale, and distribution. Austin has worked across a full spectrum of regulated environments, including USDA, NSF, GMP-certified, and analytical/microbiological laboratories. His expertise includes research and development, analytical chemistry, and food microbiology, as well as product and packaging design. He has directed lab-to-market launches across beverage, supplement, and functional food categories, serving as both formulator and operational leader. As Director of two manufacturing facilities, Austin oversaw vertical integration strategies and implemented quality systems and process improvements that enabled scale without sacrificing integrity. Austin has raised capital, led commercial launches, and mentored multiple founders through the earliest stages of brand incubation. He is a strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style, driving innovation through both data and design. His skill set spans strategic planning, corporate governance, new business development, and financial modeling. Austin holds a degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University, where he also minored in Business Administration and Management and Psychology of Creativity, equipping him with a unique blend of technical, creative, and entrepreneurial problem-solving.
