In my current role, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all Human Resources policies and procedures across the entire company. I work diligently to make sure that PDT is compliant with local, state, and federal laws; including the FMLA and ADA. As our company grows, I am always looking for new ways to do things, new technologies to improve processes, and analyzing labor and benefit trends to ensure PDT maintains its status as an Employer of Choice. I also maintain compliance with benefit regulation laws, enroll new employees in their benefits, and assist with any and all benefit questions. When necessary, I also coach and advise supervisors with employee disciplinary issues and leadership development. Additionally, I oversee the entire recruitment process: from requisition to on-boarding. Essentially, being successful in my role means that nothing is off limits! From collecting and analyzing data to playing in our annual Ladderball Tournament, I am happy to participate in the continued growth and development of our company and our team.
