I play a central role in assessing supplier quality and ensuring that products received are free of defects. I am a Supplier Quality Engineer who communicates between senior management and suppliers to address and resolve quality issues, providing technical input and guidance on process enhancements and improvements. In many cases, I spend a significant amount of time visiting supplier facilities to assess their practices and procedures and identify areas for improvement. In addition, I conduct rigorous tests of received supplies to identify potential areas of failure or recurring manufacturing defects. So far, I have exhibited a genuine interest in solving work problems through proactively asking questions, clearly communicating, and collaborating both internally and externally to grow the business. I also understand our competition and customers and have always shown initiative to learn and continuously improve company processes. As an outstanding Supplier Quality Engineer for the past five years, I have upheld and created programs to facilitate optimized quality control in all product manufacturing and processes.    Overview: Lead Preventive Quality projects within Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) division utilizing APQP, PPAP, and Operational Risk and Capability Assessments.
