I am an experienced senior manager in all facets of construction operations, specializing in prefabrication integration with a background in project management and preconstruction.I am currently a Senior Prefabrication Integration Manager for JE Dunn, where I am the regional lead for the Advanced Facilities Group. This business unit includes semiconductor, mission critical, industrial/manufacturing, and aviation markets. Additionally, I serve as the subject matter expert for prefabricated exterior skin systems. In my markets, I am a \"jack of all trades\" to support JE Dunn\'s efforts to integrate prefabrication as a standard business practice to tackle industry wide challenges from pursuit through construction. My core responsibilities include developing market strategies, participating in project pursuits, supporting client programs, cultivating industry partnerships, assisting preconstruction with schedule, logistics and trade buyout, developing tools for project teams success and analyzing production to optimize systems and processes. My experience as Project Manager spanned across multiple markets with a primary focus in healthcare and the public sector projects. I have managed projects ranging from $5 million to $600 million and led teams of project engineers across multiple scopes.
