   Time of employment (July 2016-Dec 2016)(July 2017-Dec 2017)(July 2018-Present) I’m currently working for the Chicago Bears as a member of their Fan Services Team. Our job is to deliver helpful, friendly and professional customer service to every fan on Bears Gameday. Some duties we perform-Deliver a warm welcome and assist fans entering the stadium and around the perimeter-Provide accurate directions to seating sections, bathrooms, concessions and other key attractions within the stadium and the surrounding areas-Assist Fans with any questions that may arise -Communicate to the supervisory staff and the command center with any issues that arise-Collaborate with other departments and employer groups such as security, food service, retail, parking, maintenance, law enforcement-Monitor assigned areas before, during and after the game to ensure fans needs are met and issues are resolved -Manage various fan services booth locations -Thank fans as they exit the stadium and perform other duties that are assigned*I volunteered to work the 2017 and the 2018 Chicago Bears Miller Lite Draft Party in April of both years.My duties were as followed-Assist at the Fan Services booths by answering questions and handing out promotional giveaways -Assist at the Locker room Ticket tables for locker room tours-Assist taking fans photos at the Dr. Pepper patio podium and assisting with on the field activites -Assist with player autographs and the Bears Care Closeout Sale-Assist directing fans through the north club entrance -Assist at Gate 10 ticket booth-Assist with player needs -Assist with premium reserved table ushering in the United Club -Assist with locker room tours
