   Civil/Heavy Civil/Water project manager proficient in Primavera Cloud CPM Scheduling, Cost Control, Estimating, Safety Inspections via job site visits, and Communication with multiple Superintendents and Subcontractors.\\\\n\\\\nManaged multiple million/multi-million projects simultaneously.\\\\n\\\\nLead Project Manager over full water treatment plant construction from the ground up. Including tie in to 42” raw water and connection to existing 3 million gallon Clearwell. This new plant includes Rapid mix equipment, Flocculation Equipment, Sedimentation System, Filtration System with Backwash, Chemical Feed System and 4 High-Service Pumps. Developed methods of cost tracking over fleet equipment and stored material tracking. Contract of 39m+.\\\\n\\\\nHelped train Superintendents on GPS Base and Rover, Designed multiple job site surfaces for machine control using Civil3D.\\\\n\\\\nLed a team safely in the launch of a cantilever bridge in Bentonville, AR. Including the planning as well as execution from the launch to jacking the bridge down onto the bearing plates. The process was performed safely and 20% faster than scheduled.\\\\n\\\\nOther Projects:\\\\n\\\\nPetit Jean State Campground demolition and relocation of campsites, bathhouse for Arkansas State Parks.\\\\n\\\\nPark for the City of Conway, turning their previous scrapyard into a thriving park with rolling hills, sidewalks, pavers, playground, amphitheater, and a large circular deck.
