Austin Fish is the Chief Executive Officer of Complete Payroll. As a member of the 2nd generation Fish family, Austin has been an integral part of CP since 2001. In the early years with CP, Austin focused much of his time and energy on strengthening the technological infrastructure of the business. After careful consideration, formalized training as a designated Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and meticulous research, Austin spearheaded the CP IT department. This department has given CP the ability to offer cutting edge payroll technology and the agility to set the curve in the payroll industry for new age products and functionality. In early 2012, Austin took over the position of Chief Operating Officer. After five years in this position, Austin was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Austin leads his team to execute on CP’s Customer First philosophy as well as consistently creating new ways to make his team and the business more efficient. Not only is Austin a well-respected Executive leader within the CP organization, but he is also extremely dedicated to his community. As a managing Partner and CEO, Austin plays an extremely vital role in the structure, sustainability and growth of Complete Payroll.
