During my 4 years of playing soccer at Butler University, I remember my coach saying,\"The best player on the field is not the player that scores the most goals or gets the most assists. No, the best player is the one who makes the players around him better!\" This quote stuck with me as I wake up every morning, passionate about helping companies, departments, and people answer the difficult question of why they exist through teaching them to say NO to distractions so that they can leave a legacy of impact and meaning. Understanding my purpose has allowed me to see work, not as the destination but rather just another part of life\'s journey. I view work as an opportunity to be a missionary in the business world, desiring to glorify God with everything that I do, whether I am working, managing, or leading.
