I had the privilege of teaching students in kindergarten through 7th grade how to wrestle. This included- Running practices that were comprised of basic drills and individual one-on-one sessions- Drafting report cards with feedback for the athletes and their parents - Behavioral Management - My role exposed me to a wide range of behavioral challenges with the children I was teaching. I was able to utilize many navigation strategies to make the children\'s experience as productive and helpful as possible. Through navigating these challenges, I gained a better understanding of child developmental psychology.
