In this role as a Manager, Franchise Performance I work with a group of Owners, Operators and Managers on all aspects of their restaurants (ie. business and financial results, effective operations, Team Member engagement, Guest satisfaction and loyalty) to scale their business’.Some examples include- Conduct regular financial (P&L, Balance Sheet) reviews with Owners and Managers. Reviewing all Restaurant Operating reports and audits to analyze the information, and determine appropriate solutions in collaboration with Owners and Managers to strengthen their business’ performance- Ensure all new initiatives (e.g. product launches, technology initiatives, process improvements, marketing and promotional programs and openings and renovations) are well implemented in order to support sales growth- Work with Management teams on team development for better guest experience, and individual growth- Work though restaurant operations to enhance lean processes, food quality, speed of service, restaurant cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction.
