As an Army ROTC cadet at Boston College, I’m building the leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills needed to serve as a U.S. Army officer. Through hands-on training and real-world scenarios, I’m learning how to lead effectively under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments. Guided by the Army values of loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage, I’ve grown into a more confident leader, teammate, and mentor.In recognition of my leadership, I was selected to serve as the Physical Development Officer for the cadets at Boston College. In this role, I was responsible for designing and implementing a structured workout regimen to improve the physical readiness of my company. This experience allowed me to strengthen not only my organizational and leadership skills but also my ability to motivate others and foster discipline within the team.
