   Lead a team of service support field advisors across the Pacific Northwest region of the United States and Canada, ensuring a seamless and meaningful pre-service customer journey.• Provide ongoing support and development for 15 service support field advisors.• Established an expedited onboarding program for internal roles transitioning to service support field advisor by analyzing similar skills, knowledge, and experience, cutting onboarding time by 50%.• Developed and built a departmental leadership onboarding program in partnership with leadership, L&D, and peer leaders. Successfully launched the program in September 2024 with a cohort of 20 leaders. • Implemented data-driven decision-making into the service support field operations teams by determining data source locations, setting up frequent data pulls, and reporting out performance on a regular basis.
