As an early employee of Blue Whale, I’ve had the privilege to scale a new process concept from the ground up, construct the facility, and start operations. Incredibly, I got to move home to build it in my hometown of Bartlesville, and I am tripling it with the support of the Department of Energy.My ability to scale didn\'t start at Blue Whale. It started at OU, where I built research prototypes for professors who had ideas they needed designed. That instinct - turning a concept into something real and buildable - has carried through every role since.I lead capital programs and investment execution for Blue Whale\'s growth, translating engineering reality into leadership decisions. My experience spans the full cycle: from FEED and site selection to EPC contracting, commissioning, and federal grant programs.I bring an engineering-informed perspective to risk, cost, and schedule, paired with a finance-first mindset focused on value creation and capital efficiency. The intersection of those two things is where I do my best work.Love to connect on hard tech, critical minerals, or industrial manufacturing, especially those building from the ground up.
