In my professional work, I use both quantitative and qualitative research methods to examine topics such as corporate velocity, employee engagement, and cultural transformation. My UC Berkeley Master\'s research,\"Prestige and Prejudice: How the Interplay of Recruiting Work and Algorithms Reinforces Social Inequities in Software Engineering\", has been published at the Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems (CHI), the world’s leading venue for Human-Computer Interaction research.
