Conduct regular performance assessments to ensure responsiveness and uptime.• Microsoft 365 & Azure AD: Administer an Office 365 tenant, including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Strengthen security protocols with Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to protect sensitive data while enabling user-friendly access.• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Utilize Cohesity for comprehensive backup solutions and disaster recovery planning, maintaining scheduled, incremental, and full backups.
