About Austin Aslin
Austin is an Operations Manager for BlueHalo’s Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems Directed Energy and Tracking Systems Division with extensive experience supporting the United States Nuclear Security Enterprise through financial analysis, project management, and business strategies support.While contracted to the National Nuclear Security Administration, Austin was responsible for management and processing of $650M in Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests between the Department of Defense and Department of Energy. Management consisted of extensive financial analysis, data reconciliation, contract management, customer relationship management, process development/implementation, and project management.In his time at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Austin co-kick started a life fulfillment program that was offered to employees, actively managed the Accounting and Finance Division’s recruitment and retention efforts, and served as an Early Career Group Leader promoting professional development, leadership, and real world STEM education. These efforts were recognized through 5 different awards from Laboratory management from Group to the Director level.
