Oversaw Talent, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Employee Relations, L&D, TA, and Engagement while managing a $2.4M budget and a nine-person team.Built scalable infrastructure and delivered measurable business results: cut benefits costs by $2.7M, reduced voluntary turnover by nearly half, rebuilt recruiting in-house, and implemented Workday to unlock workforce analytics and faster executive decision-making.
