Redesigning the complete store led assortment planning and inventory model for Granary segmentPast Roles- End to end 0-1 implementation of swadesh.com - RIL\'s foray to build a world class window and e-commerce experience showcasing India\'s artisanal heritage across multiple categories- Member of the core ‘JioMart Digital’ business setup and launch team with focus on Product Strategy, Roll out & Operations- Built the entire Order to Fulfill (O2F) platform for JioMart Digital. Managed to scale it till the business reached 1600 Cr of revenue
