ABOUT AURORA ALEXANDRA NEAGU

I am a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Business and Human Resources Management, with recruitment, admin, secretarial, customer services and hospitality experience. I was an excellent student, being awarded with a First-Class Honours Degree, also as Top Achiever on multiple modules during my studies. I am focused, perseverant, competitive and I always aim to have the best achievements.By working in Recruitment, I improved my sales and negotiation skills, my problem-solving ability and my team working skills in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, I developed a goal-oriented approach to work, the ability to handle multiple priorities, to meet deadlines and targets and the ambition and the determination to succeed.By working in hospitality and customers services sectors, I improved my problem-solving skills, dealing with complaints, I developed my team-working skills, and I became more organised. From my secretarial job, I developed my typing and telephone manner skills and I learned how to manage my time more effectively. I am a highly motivated person, trustful and reliable who can adapt quickly into a new environment.
