About Aurica – Senior Wellness Advocate and Advisor. You know, people often ask me why I’m still doing this at 78.The truth is, I’ve never felt more alive, purposeful, and energized in my work. But getting to this point wasn’t easy, it came through personal struggle, deep learning, and transformation. After many years working in senior care, I began to feel burnt out. My energy faded, chronic migraines became the norm, and I felt like I was slowly losing my sense of self. That’s when I made the decision to choose me. I immersed myself in healing, studying nutrition, energy, mindset, hydration, and recovery. I worked with osteopathic doctors and explored alternative approaches to aging and stress. Through this journey, I discovered tools that changed my life. The results were remarkable, my migraines vanished, my mental clarity returned, and my energy and vitality were restored. What started as a personal healing journey became a mission. I applied what I learned to myself and those close to me, and saw powerful transformation. I knew I had to share it. My own journey taught me what so many ask: how to find your purpose. Now, I live it : sharing my experience. To build a platform for that message, I invested in personal growth, learning from mentors like Tony Robbins, Eric Worre, and Grant Cardone. I committed to becoming not just a coach, but a confident communicator of what’s possible. Thanks to the guidance of Derick Mildred, I’ve taken bold steps to grow on LinkedIn.
