   This position will provide business direction and project management for strategic Patient Access Services program implementation and projects. This role would manage cross-functional strategic planning projects, provide content/idea creation, work cross-functionally, develop strategic planning communications (verbal and written), and be responsible for directing, managing and synthesizing the unique needs of pharmaceutical clients-Oversees a team of Project Managers overseeing access and adherence program implementations and transformation initiatives. Additionally, this role will also lead the UAT function for PAS. They will be responsible for development and maintenance of operating plans, communication plans, schedules, estimates, and resource plans-Solves unique and complex coordination amongst multiple vendors to drive successful program launches, transitions or upgrades. They will be knowledgeable on many aspects and services of Patient Access, Adherence and Affordability and work with a broad spectrum of products and disease states-Contributes to the development of functional strategy; Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives. Significant participation in strategic planning. Reviews contracts and is accountable for proper execution of contract terms. Works with senior leadership to develop policies, procedures and the business work plan for assigned program(s) in corresponding site(s).
