Oversee legal operations for more than 4 IUPs and 1 IUJP, reporting directly to the Operational Director and ensuring compliance across mining, licensing, corporate, and operational activities.2. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, operational contracts, corporate documents, and other legal instruments to minimize legal exposure and support business objectives.3. Advise management and internal departments on corporate, operational, regulatory, licensing, compliance, and mining-related legal matters.4. Manage key mining permits and compliance requirements, including FS, RKAB, PPKH, Terminal khusus, KTT application, AMDAL, and other regulatory approvals.5. Administer licensing submissions and regulatory reporting through OSS, MODI, Minerba One, and relevant ESDM/Minerba platforms.6. Handle mining-related legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel in preparing legal strategies, supporting documents, and case follow-up.7. Oversee land acquisition activities, including legal due diligence, documentation review, compensation process, and regulatory compliance.8. Support RUPS, corporate governance, corporate resolutions, and proper maintenance of legal records, licenses, permits, and agreements.9. Support the preparation of the Community Development and Empowerment Master Plan (RIPPM), including community socialization, coordination with village officials, and consultation with local government authorities regarding mining activities within the company’s mining business license area.10. Monitor, coordinate, and submit mandatory quarterly and semi-annual regulatory reports to relevant authorities, including RKAB quarterly reports to ESDM/Minerba, PPKH semi-annual reports to the Ministry of Forestry, and LKPM reports to BKPM, by maintaining reporting checklists, collecting required data, and ensuring timely compliance submission.
