By fostering flexibility & embracing innovation, the Program Development Director will play a critical role in supporting MVP’s mission of empowering veterans & athletes as they transition into new life chapters.Program Refinement & Tools Development- Design & implement tools, presentations, & documents that support the effective delivery of programming by Program Managers & Community Chapter Leaders- Refine existing programming to ensure consistency, scalability, & alignment with MVP’s mission- Create clear process flows, guides, & resources to improve efficiency & empower leaders at all levels.Strategic Growth & Innovation- Collaborate with national team to identify & develop innovative initiatives tailored to military-associated & sports communities- Research & propose strategies for expanding MVP’s presence & relevance in new markets & partnerships- Ensure that programs remain adaptable & responsive to the evolving needs of the MVP community.Chapter Support & Coordination- Support Community Chapter Leaders by providing resources & processes that enhance member engagement & programming consistency- Align chapter activities with organizational goals to ensure shared purpose & collective impact.Community Engagement & Partnerships- Develop & refine outreach strategies to increase local & national visibility & participation- Assist in planning & executing events, workshops, & other community-building activities that showcase MVP’s mission & impact.Representation & Documentation- Represent MVP in a positive & professional way as a thought leader, supporting goals of the organization through meetings & events where needed to strengthen partnerships & advocate for its mission- Maintain accurate documentation of tools, processes, & programming updates for continuous improvement & knowledge sharing.

Additionally, my service as an Operations Specialist in the US Navy involved managing critical operational tasks and tactical missions, such as coordinating maritime security, handling surveillance systems, and leading teams in high-stakes environments.
