After a six months experience as technical leader in a small Company in the automotive, in 1995 I reached BOSCH in the Sourcing role as a buyer, to become after two years Sourcing Team Leader in NUOVO PIGNONE a GE Company. After twenty year in several roles in GE Sourcing organization, on October \'17 I decided to move to a new role as Productivity Manager for the BAKERHUGHES - PVS plant in Bari (IT). Very solid and large background in Sourcing and Procurement, my competencies have been enlarged to watch at all aspects of the Contribution Margin improvement through Productivity and leakage mitigation initiatives.
