I entered this position working on the SaaS chatbot product (formerly named Mindsay)\\\\n\\\\nI spent a year working as a Product Builder in the Operations team in order to get closer to Product issues, and improve my non-IT related skills.\\\\n\\\\nI had the opportunity to develop Support and Customer Care knowledge in multiple projects where I was leading the implementation of chatbot onto clients website/mobile.
