As a Program Manager in the development of Electro-Mechanical Brake (EMB) systems, I lead cross-functional teams within R&D to deliver complex, high-impact projects. My role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, starting with the development of a core platform that serves as the foundation for customer-specific adaptations.Initially, I oversee the research and development phase, where we build a robust and feasible mechatronic system. This platform is designed to meet industry standards while being adaptable to the unique requirements of various clients. Once customer needs are defined, I work closely with client-specific project managers, ensuring that the core platform is effectively customized to align with customer specifications.My key responsibilities include:• Budget control to ensure financial targets are met;• Quality assurance to uphold industry standards;• Process optimization to enhance efficiency;• Engineering oversight to guide the technical development of the platform;• Manufacturing coordination to ensure smooth integration into production;• Customer engagement, fostering strong relationships and ensuring the platform is tailored to meet client needs.In this role, I act as a strategic link between the platform development and customer-specific applications, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet both platform goals and client expectations.
