To manage the Logistics organisation for Western Europe (storage & transport) for fresh products business - Goods delivered from France to Europe - Responsibility of logistics budget (40M€)- Transport organisation & negotiation & warehousing activities - Insurance of service level to customers (B to C)- Optimisation of the logistics flow to reduce costs and to decrease environmental impacts - Project Management: WMS, TMS implementation, new layout of warehouses, pallets management, network design - Continous improvement program - Relationships with planning, factories, customer service and sales team
