ABOUT AURELIE BERNARDONI
A Business Psychologist and Qualified Practitioner in various psychometric tools, I am passionate about helping individuals, leaders and teams be more effective. My focus with clients is on raising self-awareness and delivering insights that drive meaningful outcomes through an authentic approach. In my role at Korn Ferry, I specialize in digital assessment delivery and talent solutions that enable organizations to make confident, data‑driven decisions about their people.Originally from Nice, France, I have been in the UK for 20 years. I started my career in Retail and Recruitment and then trained in Psychology (BSc and MSc in Organisational Psychology). I have spent the last few years working with a wide range of clients - financial services, consumer, engineering, life sciences, public sector- to support their talent priorities through assessments, leadership and team development, coaching and DE & I initiatives. My work spans complex, multi‑stakeholder projects where I deliver data‑driven talent insights, design digital assessment approaches, and help organizations build stronger and more effective leadership pipelines.I am passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, which was my topic of choice for my Masters\' Research Project. I am particularly interested in the social construction of Race and Gender within the Diversity Management discourse. I also have a strong interest in Criminal Justice and Psychological research on racial bias, and I am an advocate for the work of The Innocence Project. I am a proud mum of an amazing 12 year old daughter, a Cuban salsa dancer and an avid cook and baker. I also love architecture and interior design.
