Je cofonde Hirify, une plateforme RH modulaire et assistée par l’IA, conçue pour structurer et analyser les entretiens de recrutement de façon simple, utile et conforme aux pratiques terrain. Objectif : faire des entretiens un véritable levier de décision, en commençant par notre premier module de transcription enrichie (analyse des compétences, synthèse intelligente, comparabilité entre candidats).En tant que cofondatrice, je suis en charge de :La stratégie produit orientée utilisateurs RH et recruteursLa coordination des bêta-tests et du programme ambassadeurL’expérience utilisateur, l’onboarding et le supportLe développement commercial et les premiers partenariatsL’exécution opérationnelle, en lien avec les retours terrainHirify est un projet porté depuis Lyon, accompagné par la Cellule Innovation TeamWork, et soutenu par le programme Startup & Go.🧩 40 modules sont prévus, dans une logique de co-construction avec les professionnels du recrutement : scorecards collaboratifs, guides d’entretien, assistants IA, comparateurs, etc. Envie de tester, de contribuer ou de rejoindre l\'aventure?
