The Rapid Response Team is a team of policy and project delivery professionals who get deployed to support crisis response, emergency efforts and high-priority projects and programmes across DLUHC. ABOUT AURA DI
Experienced project manager who has recently started a new role in the Rapid Response team at the Department for Levelling Up Housing and Communities after three years on the Civil Service Fast Stream (Project Delivery), during which I had the chance to work on a wide range of projects and programmes within both central and local government. Passionate about social research and policy, with outstanding project management matured in academic and professional contexts (certified APM PMQ/ MSP Practitioner). Completed a Ph.D. at the University of Manchester in 2019, with a thesis based on ethnographic research on religiously-inspired activism, social welfare, and elderly care in contemporary Japan, and a postgraduate project on religion and minority (as part of a research network established between the University of Manchester and Toyo University in Tokyo (https://sites.manchester.ac.uk/religion-and-minority/). Trained in a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods and skilled at writing research outputs in various formats. Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and operational knowledge of data analysis software (SPSS).Excellent communicator, with extensive experience of public speaking and writing for a diverse range of audiences, as demonstrated by my publication record (academic/research outputs, policy writing, creative/fiction).
