Currently finished most successful $150M turnaround event for Extraction Base Plant with a 450 workforce under budget, on schedule and injuries free. Achieved millions in cost savings in 2019/2020 by leading a turnaround improvement program. I am leading a turnaround steering committee and core team for next event in 2023 to execute and oversee operations, maintenance, reliability, projects, environmental, health, and safety functions. I’m ensuring effective coordination of planning, scheduling, cost and supply chain. I develop and execute strategy focused on delivering desired turnaround outcomes, optimizing performance and minimizing execution risks. I also oversee the turnaround schedule with a focus on alignment of operations, maintenance and other business units, functions and project activities. My focus is on maximizing the development, performance and engagement of leaders and their teams, while aligning efforts with corporate goals including coaching, mentoring and developing direct reports.
