Initiated/driven/led the proactive fact-finding/surveillance project related to Digital Assets / CryptoCurrencies to Citigroup\'s risk appetites. Serving as key contributor/gatekeeper/mover in driving the AML Future State Behavior Monitoring Solution initiatives aligned with overall compliance risks, business, and technology strategy. Serving as a key solution provider for ever-changing needs for Compliance Risk by analyzing the challenges/problems/requirements, applying various techniques, and prototyping into solutions/options. Served as Core Solution Strategist in the Compliance Global AML M&I Future State Strategy group in developing strategist capabilities/components with prototypes (Explainable AI or XAI). Responsible for the development of core solution strategies and ongoing tuning and refinement of core solution strategies according to data trends, performance, innovative techniques, etc. Served as product owner and successfully completed POC project for AML Future State - Central Intelligence Solution.
