   As the HR Manager I\'m responsible for owning the recruiting function and optimizing our internal Human Resources processes. I lead the charge to provide a high-level customer focus approach and execute our recruiting function and People programs to our management team. I currently hire nationally for Wastebuilt’s 14 facilities. I have recruited for every level of position from senior level management roles to entry level and technical roles. I manage the full life cycle recruiting process by attracting, screening and interviewing the very best candidates. I write job ads that reflect Wastebuilt’s brand in order to attract ideal candidates; post job ads to appropriate internal & external job boards, social recruiting platforms, etc. I have developed screening criteria and prepare interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements based on current job analysis data. I am a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leaders providing expert advice on recruiting best practices. In addition to recruiting I also:• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees using Paycom Payroll LLC across 15 states while ensuring compliance with payroll policies. • As a Systems Specialist I compile reports for payroll, personnel information, deductions, research, produce management specialty and ad-hoc payroll reports. • I monitor PTO accruals and usage in our Paycom system, ensuring all information is current and accurate. • Experience in registering our business in multiple which includes Secretary of State, Department of Revenue and State Unemployment. • I ensure our organization is appropriately signed up for Workers’ Compensation insurance.• Manage 401k program. • Coordinate health insurance benefit enrollment and onboarding/offboarding of employees during the year. • Review health insurance vendor payments, ensuring accuracy of payments and accruals. • Back up for all HR-related activities
