I lead a team of project managers, delivery engineers and construction experts to ensure the delivery of all projects in Europe, from development phase through to COD.I\'m accountable for the execution of projects under construction (acting as focal point for any escalation), and also for the delivery of new projects, including overseeing all the de risking activities that occur during the late stage/pre-NTP development phase, and managing the supply chain (main equipment and EPC\'s).
